ABOUT US
Our Mission

The mission of the Girls Who Brunch Tour, a 501(c)(3) organization, is to cultivate, inspire, and empower at-risk girls ages 9–17 by equipping them with the tools, resources, and experiences needed to thrive mentally, physically, and emotionally.

In today’s world, girls are navigating complex challenges ranging from bullying and low self-esteem to human trafficking risks and limited access to opportunity. We exist to interrupt those cycles. Through intentional programming rooted in literacy, education, life skills, and health and wellness, we provide girls with not just exposure but transformation.

Girls Who Brunch Tour is more than an event; it is a movement and a pipeline to leadership. Through mentorship, hands-on workshops, wellness activations, and real-world skill-building, we prepare girls to walk confidently in their identities, use their voices, and step into their power as future leaders and change-makers.

We are deeply committed to creating safe, affirming spaces where girls feel seen, heard, and valued. Our environments are designed to foster resilience, build self-confidence, and encourage authentic expression, ensuring every girl knows her story matters and her future is limitless.

At our core, we believe that access changes everything. Every girl, regardless of her background, deserves the opportunity to dream boldly, achieve greatly, and live fully. By addressing the whole girl's mind, body, and spirit, we are not just empowering individuals; we are shaping a generation that will transform communities and redefine what is possible.

The vision of the Girls Who Brunch Tour is to create a world where every girl, regardless of her circumstances, has equitable access to opportunity, support, and the tools needed to thrive.

We envision a future where girls from low-income communities, foster care systems, survivors of exploitation, and teen mothers are no longer defined by adversity but empowered by possibility. A future where barriers are replaced with bridges, and every girl has access to mentorship, education, and life-changing experiences that position her for success.

Through our dynamic ecosystem of mentorship, workshops, STEAM education, wellness programming, and leadership development, we are cultivating a generation of confident, innovative, and resilient young women. We challenge limited thinking, broaden exposure, and equip girls with the mindset and skill set to navigate both their personal journeys and professional futures with clarity and confidence.

Our impact is both immediate and generational. Having already reached and transformed the lives of over 50,000 girls nationwide, we are building a scalable model that not only supports girls today but shifts the trajectory of families, communities, and future generations.

We are equally committed to meeting urgent, real-world needs. Through literacy initiatives, feeding programs, period-poverty advocacy, and holiday support, we ensure that the girls we serve are not only inspired but also supported in tangible, meaningful ways.

Ultimately, our vision is bold: to disrupt cycles of limitation and replace them with cycles of leadership, wellness, and wealth. We are not just preparing girls to succeed; we are preparing them to lead, to innovate, and to redefine what is possible for themselves and for the world around them.

Expanding beyond city level recognition, the State of Georgia issued a proclamation under Governor Nathan Deal, officially declaring May 26 as Girls Who Brunch Day, a powerful acknowledgment of our statewide and national impact.

In addition, the City of Indianapolis has declared July 13 as Girls Who Brunch Day, further solidifying our presence and influence in key communities across the country.

These honors are not just symbolic; they represent a growing national movement. Each proclamation reflects the trust, credibility, and measurable impact that Girls Who Brunch Tour has built while serving over 50,000 girls nationwide.

As we continue to expand into new cities and deepen our reach, this recognition reinforces our commitment to creating safe spaces, building confident leaders, and shifting the narrative for the next generation of girls.

Girls Who Brunch Tour is not just being recognized; we are being called forward.

At Girls Who Brunch Tour, diversity, equity, and inclusion are not only mission-driven, they are directly aligned with advancing equitable access to opportunity and building the next generation of diverse leaders.

We serve girls ages 9–17 from historically underserved communities, including those impacted by economic hardship, foster care systems, community violence, and systemic inequities. Through our national tour and year-round programming, we intentionally create access points for girls who are often excluded from traditional leadership, wellness, and career development pipelines.

Our model is rooted in equity of access and equity of outcome. We remove barriers to participation through sponsored programming, strategic partnerships, and community-based outreach, ensuring that girls from diverse backgrounds can engage in high-quality experiences that prepare them for future academic and workforce success.

Through exposure to STEAM education, financial literacy, wellness programming, and leadership development, Girls Who Brunch Tour is actively contributing to a more inclusive future workforce. We are not only building confidence but also capacity.

Representation is central to our approach. We intentionally engage diverse speakers, mentors, and industry professionals to reflect the lived experiences of our participants and to create meaningful pathways for connection, inspiration, and career exploration.

Our commitment to DEI is measurable. Across our programs, over 90% of participants report increased confidence, improved self-worth, and a stronger sense of belonging, key indicators linked to long-term success in education and career pathways.

We are not just impacting lives, we are shaping the future of a more inclusive, prepared, and empowered generation.
