About Us
Our Mission

The mission of the Girls Who Brunch Tour, a 501(c)(3) organization, is to cultivate, inspire, and empower at-risk girls between the ages of 9-17 years old. In today's society, these girls face numerous challenges, including bullying, human trafficking, self-esteem issues, and a lack of recognition of their self-worth. Girls Who Brunch aims to address these issues by equipping girls with essential tools in literacy, education, life skills, and health and wellness.

Through our programs and initiatives, we strive to foster the development of these girls into leaders and difference-makers within their communities. We believe that by providing them with access to education, promoting literacy, imparting life skills, and nurturing their physical and mental well-being, we can empower them to overcome adversity and reach their full potential.

At Girls Who Brunch, we recognize the critical importance of creating a safe and supportive environment for these girls. We seek to create a community where they can find guidance, mentorship, and encouragement. By fostering resilience, self-confidence, and a sense of purpose, we aim to inspire these girls to become strong, compassionate, and influential individuals who positively impact their own lives and the lives of others.

Our mission is driven by the belief that every girl, regardless of her background or circumstances, deserves the opportunity to thrive. Through our comprehensive approach, we aim to break the cycle of disadvantage and provide the necessary tools for these girls to overcome challenges and succeed in all areas of their lives. Together, we can cultivate a generation of empowered girls who will shape a brighter future for themselves and their communities.

The vision of Girls Who Brunch is to create a society where at-risk girls from low-income communities, foster care, victims of the sex trade, and teen mothers are empowered to break free from the cycle of adversity and thrive as confident and successful individuals. We envision a future where these girls have access to mentorship, educational opportunities, and life skills training that equips them with the tools necessary to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Through our programs, including mentorship, workshops, STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) training, and panel facilitation, we aim to cultivate a mindset of resilience, innovation, and possibility. By exposing these girls to diverse perspectives and teaching them alternative ways of thinking, we empower them to envision a brighter future and develop the skills needed to navigate their personal and professional lives successfully.

In our commitment to making a lasting impact, Girls Who Brunch has already positively impacted and equipped over 40,000 girls across the nation. We believe that by investing in these girls' education, personal growth, and overall well-being, we are sowing the seeds of change that will lead to a more equitable and prosperous society.

Additionally, we recognize the importance of addressing immediate needs within these communities. Girls Who Brunch actively engages in reading and feeding programs, ensuring access to nutritious meals and promoting literacy among at-risk girls. We also provide holiday assistance, offering support during times of celebration and joy.

Our ultimate vision is to create a society where all girls, regardless of their background, have the opportunity to thrive and become the leaders of tomorrow. Through our comprehensive approach and collaborative efforts, we strive to break down barriers, uplift communities, and empower at-risk girls to lead fulfilling lives and make meaningful contributions to their communities and the world.
